So if your having issues such as this, you will need to show proof of purchase of the items as well as other information, also have a steam support ticket raised to ensure that they have looked at it also. I am guessing it has something to do with the game itself since the items show under redeem but when clicking on "redeem" into your vault you are currently playing nothing gets updated.very strange. Today Bethesda replaced the items for the 2nd time and finally.thankyou it worked, they successfully redeemed into my vault the second i clicked on redeem. this time i had a video of this happening to show that i was not fooling around and was doing everything correctly. They replaced the purchased items and i went to redeem them for the 2nd time and again they dissappeared AGAIN. So basically a week later with emails back and forth with Bethesda Support. I am happy to show my support tickets from both steam and Bethesda as well as my receipt if no one believes me, message me on steam if you need assurance of NOT purchasing anything in this game. really steam?ĭO NOT PURCHASE IN GAME ITEMS FOR THIS GAME!!! Steam clearly need to be kicked in the butt for their stupidty in allowing games with in game purcahses THAT CLEARLY DONT WORK onto their system and then point the finger to the company. Am i a fool to think that when i click on redeem, it dissapppears from my redeem section and BOOM i get.
this is the reason why i am now stopping to buy in-game items from steam because when something goes wrong, no one and i mean NO ONE want's to accept responsiblity. basically Steam say "it was an in-game purchase you redeemed, we can't help you". Just purchased in-game 40x Lunchboxes and 40x Pet Boxes that were on sale (4th July 2017) and still haven't received them.
